Professional Spaces With History
Standard corporate venues across New York offer predictable environments. We offer something distinct. Our building maintains meticulously restored industrial character and stunning proportions from its original construction. Fine varnishes were manufactured here before the Albra Metal Foundry occupied the space. Their logo remains visible at the 9th Street and 43rd Avenue corner. By 1906, this facility operated as one of several steel foundries serving New York City's riverfront manufacturers. The Du Val family purchased the abandoned property in 1980, restored its industrial character, and opened it for events in 2001. We're the only foundry in the area still standing today.
